Breastfeeding Challenge is on Saturday

Ready, set, Latch!
This Saturday, Oct. 3, mothers and babies will gather at SilverCity Victoria at Tillicum Centre to take part in a global breastfeeding event. The goal is to set the world record for most babies breastfeeding at one time. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness for the importance of breastfeeding.

Doors Open 10 am
Hosted by 'A' News' Maggie Cox, special guests include Chief Medical Health Officer Richard Stanwick, Eva Bild of the Mothering Touch Centre and Layla Cochrane of Baby Signs. Admission is free. There will be a toddler play area and special "Mompreneur and Savvy Mamas" displays of local products and services in the lobby.
